Our firm was created to challenge the traditional perception of the world of accounting.
We will do all your accounting on a turn-key basis - you enjoy the moments of life.
We know, the business squeezes you dry.
All of your time, energy, physical and mental resources; we know.
And even though you took all that into account when you started your business, there’s still always that little unplanned something that gets you stuck in the office and makes you miss some other moment in your life.
Sometimes it comes at your family’s expense, sometimes at your friends’ expense, and always at your expense.
We know, because most of our clients had been in your shoes before they came to us… Until they came to us.
Our firm was established to challenge the traditional perception of the world of accounting. We believe in out of the box thinking, replacing the old methods of working with those of the new world, a world that makes use of technological tools that make it possible to provide accounting, bookkeeping and financial management services through outsourcing, from anywhere, in a language and the time best for you
Our clients are people who’ve chosen to believe in us and our firm’s innovative spirit, which allows each and every one of them to make time for those huge-small things in life.
Partners for us means ‘all in’ partners!
Some will say that we’re nudniks, but we see it a little differently...
We’re active! We’ll initiate the relationship, and we’ll layout things for you to save you headaches before they strike. Like, for example, a foreclosure order you received because of this tiniest f*&*% thing you forgot to do. Unpleasant, right?

I’m a realistic person with mathematical thinking, so I’m naturally drawn to the financial world. While studying accounting I participated in a project where I undertook to manage the entire field of accounting. As the project progressed, I realized that this is something I love, I’m good at it and can provide real value, both to myself, my own, and to other businesses and entrepreneurs. I decided to go it alone and fate brought me together with my other partners, and we’ve been making history ever since...

I always knew I’d be an accountant. My grandfather was an accountant, my father is an accountant, so it was clear that I’d follow in their footsteps.

Ummm... Mashraki!
I didn’t know what to study when I finished the army, so like everyone else, I attended open days. During one of them, I heard a lecture by Moshe Theumim, who was at the time the CEO of the Hapoel Tel Aviv soccer team (let there be no doubt, I’m a die-hard Maccabi Haifa fan). During the lecture, I realized that the world of financial services is very diverse, both in terms of my ability to express myself and really influence and help people, and in terms of the diversity of positions, such as CEOs... of football teams... and the owner of Maccabi Haifa isn’t that young anymore, right? The dream is still alive and kicking!
Let’s start with one of the foundation stones of the firm – we truly are friends in heart and mind and believe that without it our firm would have no right to exist. We constantly contradict each other, which ultimately benefits the customers.
Omer and I (Idan) met when we graduated and started an internship in the accounting firm Kesselman & Kesselman PwC Israel, the connection was immediate and the conversations in the coffee corner tended toward future cooperation. I met his uncle during my Reserve service and told him about the idea of opening a firm, and there too, sparks flew through the air; we suggested the idea of having him join as a partner, and collaboration took on flesh and came to life. After just two meetings, we knew that was it and we set off.
We are active! We'll start a relationship and we'll pour things in front of you to save you a headache before they attack. Like the ransom order you got for the smallest thing and the *&*% you forgot to do.
It really depends on who you ask... but in a nutshell?
